The firm offers a strong support staff, Legal Assistant, healthy collaborative environment, competitive salary based on experience as well as opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Handle a comprehensive caseload with autonomy, from initial intake through to resolution. Manage and coordinate all aspects of client cases, including preparing applications, filing petitions, and representing clients in front of immigration courts and agencies.

Client Interaction: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and advising them on their legal rights and the progress of their cases. Cultivate strong relationships through compassionate and clear communication.

Legal Compliance: Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with prevailing immigration laws and regulations. Stay abreast of any changes in legislation that may impact clients.

Documentation: Prepare and review immigration petitions and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Representation: Advocate for clients in interviews and court proceedings, providing strategic representation aimed at achieving favorable outcomes.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with paralegals, assistants, and other attorneys to effectively manage caseloads and share insights on complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

Active bar membership in good standing.

Experience in immigration law is preferred but not required.

Exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
