Textile Plant Manager

Job Description

Highly successful family-owned textile manufacturing company is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team! This company has had a proven track record of success in the industry and is experiencing tremendous growth. As the Plant Manager, you would manage the production associates on the first shift and manage the reporting and planning of the manufacturing schedule. You will report to the Director of Operations, with a dotted line to the company's President. Prior experience managing others in a textile manufacturing setting is required! This company is actively expanding its facilities to keep up with the demand for its products. Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on textile manufacturing experience

Hands-on knowledge of processing of raw staple fiber

Ability to work onsite in Gastonia, NC (relocation assistance will be provided)
