Salon Coordinator

Job Description

Alkali Hair studio is Winston-Salem's premier, luxury hair salon. Winner of Salon Today's Top 200 for 2 years in a row, Alkali's team provides a salon experience like no other for our guests and team members.

We are currently looking for a full time Salon Coordinator. Key attributes include;

Resourceful and Proactive - Must be proficient in creating and executing systems for the salon and guests.

Organized, Does well in fast paced environments - Will schedule reservations, check out guests and conduct other systems while also supporting the floor to run smoothly. Will be responsible for light cleaning and laundry.

Attentive to Detail - Must be able to work a calendar system, and remember specifics concerning stylist and guests needs. Experience with Google Docs and spreadsheets a plus.

Personable and Outgoing - Must help guests to reserve their next reservation while they’re in the salon, support them in the Home Care they’ll take home and also be involved in guest outreach through phone calls, email and SMS.

Accepting and Empowering - Must be motivated by the teams joint success in an artistic, progressive, and diverse environment. Must be willing to support and motivate employees from various backgrounds.
