Job Description

Inside Sales Responsibilities (90% of your time)

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and OUTBOUND COLD & WARM CALLS/EMAILS

· Understand customer needs and requirements

· Manage a multitude of responsibilities and tasks all oriented towards locating new projects to bid, attracting more opportunities and obtaining new clients

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager for further development and closure

· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

· Marketing the firm via email marketing, creating new fliers/marketing pages, etc.

· Ability to work independently while meeting sales goals

· Attend Conferences / Trade Shows

Marketing Responsibilities (10% of your time)

• Maintain, update, and keep current company Social Media outlets and Website.

• Continue to grow our social media outlets (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Promote EWMI / RRI through social media to help generate new business and website traffic.

• Compose Blogs for Website and other marketing usage.

• Assist with “email marketing” through media platform.

• Assist with Marketing flyers updates.

• Assist in composing new marketing flyers updates.

• Assist in designing new advertisements for sponsorships.

• Prospect different conferences / trade shows that might be good for us to attend.

• Assist with trade show booth upkeep.

Requirements

· BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

· Entry level or no experience to some experience (0-5 years)

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Experience working with CRM or similar database

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, etc)

· This role is designed to provide opportunity for growth and strong desire for advancement to outside sales.
