A fast-growing manufacturing company in Kenosha, WI is looking for an EHS Lead to join their team as soon as possible. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the EHS Lead

Strong manufacturing background

6+ years of HSE experience

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities of the EHS Lead

Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health, safety, and environmental compliance obligations

Inspects the organization's facilities for safety, health, and environmental risks

Drives improvement to health, safety and environmental performance metrics using a risk-based and data-driven approach

Evaluates site health, safety and environmental data, legal compliance findings, and internal and external audit results to build a tactical improvement plan

Maintains an effective and healthy working relationship on behalf of the company with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state and local regulatory agencies

Records, calculates and tracks KPI progress for HSE

Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $80,000 - $105,000 a year, based on experience
