Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of four years' experience working in a Law Firm. Defense Workers' Compensation experience is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be proficient in Word and Outlook and have the ability to type 60+ wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent grammar, proofreading, along with heavy digital transcription and organizational skills is a must. In addition, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills to be used with clients, opposing counsel, schedulers and other staff members. Candidate should have the ability to arrange workload in order of importance, as well as, willingness to undertake additional responsibilities and assist others when needed.
