Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! We are family own business!
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate with job foreman to assess material, equipment, and manpower needs
Note employee training needs
Monitor basic job safety - conditions, PPE use
Track materials on project (stored, order status/delivery schedule)
Note equipment on site (equipment list with conditions status)
Note job site conditions - GC impact on work conditions, weather, other subs on site
Coordinate with other trades and general contractor
Complete daily reports for all jobs visited
Maintain log of changes in work for all projects
Candidates must have:
Good driving record and clean background check
Computer literate - user of Excel and Office: Word, Outlook
Effective communicator - verbal and written
Able to listen and assist in solving problems
Post-high school education
Proficient in Procore
Preferred Requirements:
Construction experience:
Reading construction documents, completing materials lists/takeoffs
Scheduling labor and materials for projects
Basic tools and equipment knowledge
Knowledge of basic equipment operation - forklift, trailers (loading and unloading), small excavators
Job Hours: 40-45 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time

Monday to Friday
