Job Description

Swoon is hiring for our client in Lake Mary, FL and this will be a hybrid role.

This is a 4-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for employee).

Job Duties

Deliver basic technical, administrative, or operative customer service tasks.

Perform simple data entry, sort requests, and maintain files.

Understand simple instructions and procedures.

Perform customer service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.

Allocate work on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.

Serve as an entry point into professional roles within the company.

Handle order entry and inbound calls efficiently.

Multitask between various tasks effectively.

Demonstrate great organizational skills.

Actively listen to customer needs and concerns.
