Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

Managing the daily operation of Hong Kong office as well as acting as a main contact window of HK office facilities management.

This role is expected to support our associates to have a good workplace experience as well as to demonstrate a high level of office software service awareness and managing with all aspects of workplace experience.

Key Result Areas:

Office software Service

Overall take charging of office software service which includes cleaning service, office greenery, stationary, and office daily usage items.

Support office renovation& relocation project as needed.

Office Routine Service

Track and record office software service expense; manage contract and payment procedure.

Take charge of company certification annual audit.

Supervise cleaner’s daily performance and ensure cleaning service is within the cleaning SOP.

Take charge of office deep cleaning project.

Track and record monthly FM expenses.

Collect feedback from different levels of users to improve office service.

Work with building property management closely to coordinate Covid requirements and relevant office service.

Supervise front desk service and act as a mentor as needed.

Organize company large scale events, such as Town-hall &VIP visits etc.

Other ad-hoc assigned by line manager.

Competency Requirements:

High EQ in working with cross function/cultural partners

5+ years of administrative support in a professional, fast paced, and multinational company

Strong service orientation, attention to details with excellent people skill

Good team player, hands on and able to multitask and work independently under pressure

Good in English and Mandarin both for oral and writing
