Title of Position: Next Gen Coordinator

Summary of Position:

The Next Gen Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support for our Kids, Students, and Young Adult teams. This role will work closely with the Associate Campus Pastor (Next Gen) and Ministry leads to assist and help coordinate the events for the ministries.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

Details on Supporting Next Gen Department

Weekends (Kids Service)

Serve on a weekend rotation (5 weeks on then 1 off)

Coordinate ordering breakfast for Weekend Team from vendors before the weekend.

Set up breakfast for team members and coordinate food drop off with vendor.

Assist as a Kids Point leader to support Service Leaders for needs for their teams.

Track and record attendance numbers with Check in Service Leader

Submit all attendance and prayer numbers to Kids Pastor

Serving in rooms as needed to help support our teams and Service Leaders

Wednesdays (Gateway Students Service)

Coordinate ordering food (as needed) for students and leaders.

Submit all attendance and prayer numbers to Students Pastor

Serving as needed to help support students and leaders.

Planning Center Online

Oversee the scheduling process for Kids Team Members, Kids Serves, and Student Leaders

Coordinate and lead monthly Kids Scheduling meetings.

Create and maintain PCO Folders and proper service types.

Maintain Master Kids and Student Leader rosters.

Onboarding

Track and manage new and current team members.

First point of communication for any new team member

Oversee the entire onboarding process and trainings with Service Leaders

Order background checks as needed.

Track new and current team members on “Ministry Safe” expiration.

Administrative responsibilities

Administratively support Associate Campus Pastor

Manage Monthly Concur reports for Associate Campus Pastor

Manage monthly Concur reports for Kids and Student purchases.

Order Kids and Student Supplies as needed.

Manage Next Gen Master Calendar

Create requests for ministry promotion as needed.

Create building requests, set up, and facility requests in PCO calendar

Special Events:

Administratively support and coordinate with Ministry Leads on Next Gen events throughout the year.(i.e. First Conference, Winter camp, Jewel Store weekend, Summer Bash, Student Conference, Child Dedications, etc.)
