Please note that this position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor role, and does not include employee benefits or protections.

Responsibilities:

Self-perform in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

Manage and lead a crew of construction workers.

Oversee and coordinate remodeling projects from start to finish.

Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members.

Manage project timelines and budgets.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Provide regular progress updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a remodeling foreman or superintendent (+5 years).

Proven experience in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA certification is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.

Have a working knowledge of G-Suite applications

Ability to pass a background test & drug screening

Must have a working smart phone

Compensation:

Full-Time

Pay $50000 - $60000, based on experience.

1099 Position

Paid time off
