Job Description

Industry leader in professional services is seeking an experienced records services clerk to work as part of a professional team to provide excellent customer service and on-site back office support. The perfect candidate will have an energetic, outgoing personality, strong computer skills and will be able to conduct the following tasks with little or no supervision:

Maintain legal records, data entry and loose document interfiling. Creating new file material and preparing closed files for off site storage. Operate a variety of office equipment including, pick up and deliver file requests and documents, maintain inventory and storage of paper stock and other supplies, maintain appropriate records and logs of business center activities, as needed support of inbound and outbound mail and packages, as needed support for hospitality services - setting up and breaking down conference rooms and meeting space, lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, serve as a technical expert regarding the capabilities of the department, including electronic printing and file manipulation systems, consult with clients to customize and resolve problems, set up, adjusts, monitors, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots electronic and paper systems, use a PC network server to convert documents into digital files, and maintains indices, Establish and monitor contracts with vendors under the direction of the supervisor, proofread and edit copy and binding projects for quality control, receive and routes legal papers and official documents, perform related duties as required
