Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Part Time Position Starting out with opportunities for growth from within

•Working knowledge on minor drywall, plumbing, electrical, and paint repairs

•Address incoming maintenance requests from tenants

•Coordinate with team to ensure tenants / customers are notified for upcoming work onsite

•Attend inspections for ongoing construction projects

•Report any issues noted during inspection that need corrected

•Manage material lead times to ensure prompt delivery

•Assess damages for recently vacated properties and report to owners

•Communicate with team any persistent issues that need to be addressed

•Coordinate architects and engineers to revise drawings to match what is needed

•Call and collect quotes for specialty construction projects

•Audit weekly on the exterior conditions of properties and work completed by contractors

•Attend weekly meetings to plan any upcoming work during that weekCompany Description
