Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of commercial electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, ensure safety compliance, and address any concerns or deviations from plans.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial electrical contracting industry.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Bluebeam, .

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred.Company Description
