IT Help Desk Technician

Executive Image Solutions, Inc strives to provide invaluable IT, VoIP and Copier services to small/medium sized businesses within Central Pennsylvania! We facilitate the multi-faceted needs of Small Business, Not-for-profit Organizations and Local Governments.

We are currently taking applications for a self-motivated and highly organized help desk technician with exceptional customer service skills.

As a member of the IT Department applicants will be responsible for stellar customer service while troubleshooting various end-user issues. Daily responsibilities include, not limited to:

Help Desk Technician:

Immediate response and resolution for all support tickets

Monitor incoming alerts from RMM software

Monitor incoming email and ensure ticket creation as required

Review all backup agents for successful completion

Create ticket and repair, as necessary.

Contact client for failures offline PCs

Complete all follow-up support calls at minimum every day on ALL support tickets

Review Windows/Driver updates for workstations and servers
