Our client in Kenilworth, NJ is looking for a Full-Time, Direct Hire Recruiter/ HR Generalist.
Essential Duties &Responsibilities
Review JDs and postings. Pre-screen candidates
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, networking, and online tools.
Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools.
Develop pipeline of talent
Provide consultation to Hiring Managers regarding recruitment, selection processes, and interviewing.
Support the HR Department in employee relations and provide general HR support
Conduct employee onboarding
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Conduct and analyze exit interviews
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred degrees include Human Resources and/or Business Management
3 (three) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification highly desired.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience working with multiple locations within a food manufacturing or distribution environment.Company Description
