Program Manager

We have an outstanding career opportunity for aProgram Managerto join a leading Company located in theDayton, OHsurrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

**Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.**

Basic Hiring Criteria :

+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field required

+ Minimum 10 Years of related experience

+ Managed organizations of up to 75+ FTE

+ Experience in running teams made up of multiple (10+) subcontractors

+ Experience managing in a Data Center environment

+ Understanding of network environments

+ Understanding of Windows/RHEL and STIGs

+ Understanding of Government IT Security requirements

+ On-site experience working with Government customers (SES level)

+ Certifications:

+ PMP (at the start or within 3 months of start)

+ ITIL V4 (within 6 months of start)

+ One of Windows, RHEL, and Network technical certifications for 8570/8140 certification

Desired Qualifications :

+ Master's Degree or above preferred

+ High-Performance Computing experience

+ Experience in an Air Force contracting environment
