Responsibilities

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing

Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish

Minimum 3 years of insurance experience & P&C licensed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in-office (Norman, OK)

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
