Pay

$20.00-$30.00/hour -Depending on experience

+SPIFF for selling new units &Maintenance Agreements

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus($500 every 6 months for first 24 months of employment)

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections, service, and maintenance of HVAC units for residential and commercial customers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components.

Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and valves.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.

Test HVAC system performance and functionality to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining maintenance procedures, and offering recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and parts used.

Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and customers.

Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and dispatchers, to coordinate service schedules and optimize productivity.

Job requirements

3+ Years Of Experience as an HVAC Service Technician -Required

Possession of valid CFC (Chlorofluorocarbon) certification -Required!

Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong technical skills in communication, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.

Desirable relevant experience in the military.

Must be located in or near New Bern, NC

Clean driving recordwith a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

Must be authorized to work in the US
