About the Role

As the Analytics Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of data and analytics projects for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and lead a team of data scientists, analysts and engineers to develop innovative solutions. Your role involves project management, team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

We’re looking for a talented Analytics Deliver Manager who wants to:

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from project planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and provide strategic guidance on data-driven solutions. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team members are motivated and performing at their best.

Solution Development: Collaborate with the team to design and develop innovative analytics solutions that address client needs and drive business outcomes. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.

Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in deliverables. Review and validate project outputs before presenting them to clients.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular project updates and presentations.

Business Development: Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Provide input on proposals and pitches to secure new client engagements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the team.

About You

You’ll bring extensive data integration experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be comfortable developing and strengthening peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.

You will have:

Proven experience in solutioning, selling and delivering analytics projects in a consulting or professional services environment.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
