Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Coordination: Schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and consultations. Keep our calendar organized.

Client Documentation: Prepare and review client documents, contracts, and agreements. Attention to detail is key.

Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.

Communication: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person. Professionalism and courtesy matter.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences and a passion for continuous learning.
