Radio Access and Microwave Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Project Manager to lead our Radio Access and Microwave projects in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects involving 3G, 4G, and value-added microwave technologies, as well as a deep understanding of vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end projects for Radio Access and Microwave networks, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

* Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

* Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes, and ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requisitos

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

* At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Radio Access and Microwave networks.

* Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification.

* Expertise in 3G, 4G, and value-added microwave technologies.

* Experience working with vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to travel occasionally within Central America.
