Description:

Our client is seeking an employee that will provide Foreign Service Employees in South Africa with a smooth transition upon arrival and ongoing support throughout their stay, ensuring that all related payments are processed promptly and assisting the HR department with all HR-related functions.

FSE Administration Responsibilities:

Facilitate the integration of new FSEs to ensure a smooth transition.

Process work permits in compliance with government regulations.

Support in locating suitable housing.

Provide assistance with housing-related matters, including lease agreements and utility bills.

Help manage personal banking needs such as account opening, credit card issues, and closure of accounts upon FSE departure.

Address medical-related inquiries, assist with claim submissions, and schedule medical appointments as needed.

Support educational arrangements for the FSEs' families.

Coordinate the installation of telephone and internet services at home.

Assist with the application and renewal of passports, visas, and driver's licenses.

Coordinate with relocation services and moving companies.

Handle payment of accounts related to FSE activities.

Address any ad-hoc administrative requests from FSEs.

Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA to MD):

Manage the daily schedule of the MD.

Arrange travel plans for the MD.

Handle ad hoc and personal tasks as requested by the MD.

Process personal expense claims for the MD.

Business Partnering:

Partner with the HR department to support Sales & Marketing teams.

Develop and implement monthly employee engagement activities to enhance morale.

HR Administration:

Process and manage invoices.

Maintain filing systems.

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written formats.

Highly motivated with a steadfast desire to achieve success.

Capability to handle pressure and work effectively in stressful situations.

Demonstrated work ethic and discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Requirements:

National Senior Certificate or equivalent.

Required Competencies:
