Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Dotmac Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of fiber optic infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, network operations, Finance team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your leadership and project management expertise will drive the successful deployment and expansion of our fiber network.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for fiber optic infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure project success.

Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Manage resources effectively to optimize project delivery and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in fiber optic or telecommunications industry.

Strong understanding of fiber optic network design, construction, and deployment processes.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
