Travelling Superintendent

Openings: 2

Duration: Direct Hire (travel to a CONUS project, work the duration, travel to the next project)

Locations:

Whidbey (NAS - Oak Harbor, WA) / Project Duration: 2 months

Fairbanks, AK / Eielson AFB (Base Contracting Project) / Project Duration: 9 months

Job Description:

We are currently seeking 2 meticulous and dedicated Superintendents to join our team for federal construction projects; 1 in AK and another in WA. (AK is a design build interior renovation project for a kennel on the base/WA is dental clinic; replacing exhaust fans, skylights, and general lighting).

The ideal candidates will have prior experience in federal government general contracting and a strong understanding of quality control initiatives, activities, and corrective actions.

Qualification Requirements:

Federal Government Experience

5-year minimum construction experience as superintendent supporting healthcare clinics/hospitals over $1M+ in magnitude

Current Construction Quality Management (QCM) for Contractor's certificate

Valid Driver's License

Experience with RMS and Procore

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in ECMS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong understanding of construction laws and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively

Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction means and methods

30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Course, preferred

First Aid and CPR certification

USACE QCM Certificate

Mileage: GSA rate reimbursement

Housing provided

Per Diem: $900/mo. flat rate for any stay over 30 days

***If less than 30 days, per diem is $60/day
