Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Dental Assistant at Signature Smile Designs, LLC located in Bradford and Smethport PA. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dentist during patient examinations and treatments, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking and developing dental x-rays, and educating patients on oral hygiene. You will also perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a dental assistant training program or relevant experience

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

X-ray certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures

Familiarity with dental software and technology

Current CPR certification

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
