Our client, a leading global transportation services company, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Air Export Agent to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and clients in the realm of air transportation coordination.
Air Export Agent Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee all essential export documentation
Arrange and schedule air shipments with carriers, ensuring prompt and cost-efficient transportation of goods
Serve as the primary contact point for clients via email and phone communications
Monitor and trace shipments throughout the entire export procedure
Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on shipment progress
Maintain precise and current records of all export activities, utilizing logistics software and systems for streamlined data management
Proactively identify and address any issues or delays encountered during the export process
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to devise effective solutions
Air Export Agent Requirements:
Previous logistics experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcomed!
Keen attention to detail complemented by excellent communication abilities
