Summary:

Optimal Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail locations within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the wireless industry. Previous experience with Cricket Wireless or a similar telecommunications provider is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead, Schedule, and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, training, and support to staff

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across all locations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wireless telecommunications industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to travel within the designated area as needed

Bi Lingual in Spanish with minimum of working proficiency
