This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing Medical Device company in Lowell, MA. In this role you’ll be directly involved with enhancing the company’s growth, liaising with VPs, Directors, and Managers across the business. You’ll be responsible for increasing efficiencies, creating action plans and methods to streamline operations. Responsibilities:

Outline, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with company goals

Identify and streamline processes to reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams adopt new processes and strategies

Generate regular reports for senior leadership team

Assess current technology used within company and implement improvements where necessary

Collaborate with numerous departments

Budget management

Making sure operational improvements comply with current regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications:

6-8 years experience in a continuous improvement / operational excellence role

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering

Six-Sigma Black Belt highly desirable

Advanced Excel experience

Previous experience in manufacturing preferred, medical device a plus
