Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, associate attorney position, located in Lexington, Virginia. We are looking for a general practitioner with litigation experience, who is interested in handling the firm’s wide-ranging legal practice from civil to criminal litigation and from trusts and estates to family law.

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Virginia.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

· Experience in estate planning/administration, drafting wills, trusts, and advanced directives is a plus.
