Infusion Nurse Supervisor

Location: The Woodlands - 9180 Pinecroft Dr Suite 600, The Woodlands, TX 77380 (travel once a week or once every 2 weeks to Kingwood - 18980 N Memorial Dr Suite 440, Humble, TX 77338)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (off holidays, no weekends, no overtime)

Interview Process: 1 virtual and 1 in person w/ Medical Director

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse

2+ years of experience within chemotherapy infusion

2+ years of experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in Texas

Excellent communication skills

Plusses:

Current or willingness to obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate

IV Infusion certification

Day to Day:

A cancer treatment clinic in The Woodlands is looking to hire an Infusion Room Supervisor to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing a team of 1 MA and 8 infusion nurses. The role will be 20% administrative and 80% patient facing including administering chemotherapy, assessing labs, 1x1s, assignments, partnering with doctors. This person will be based out of The Woodlands with travel to the Kingwood clinic once a week or every 2 weeks as needed. The Woodlands clinic currently has 28 chairs and Kingwood has 9.
