Our typical regional conference features companies and positions across a broad range of industries seeking project managers, engineers, account executives and operations supervisors. Opportunities are normally available in a variety of fields including alternative energy, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and construction. Most of our positions will be located in Hampton Roads area but other opportunities out of areas like Baltimore, DC and Richmond may also be represented. Some now locks are now representing the Midwest!

Current Average Mid Salary Offered: $90K

Current High Salary Offered: $120K

Sunday: 5pm to 9pm - Interview prep/ Company Briefings

This is a unique opportunity to learn exactly what the hiring managers are looking for, right from the hiring managers themselves!

Monday: 8am to 3pm - Interview Day

Your interviews will be between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and you'll only need to stay for your slots. These slots will be assigned the evening prior.

ELIGIBILITY: This event is exclusively for current and former military Officers and Staff Non-Commissioned Officers with strong operational careers in leadership.
