About the Role:

In this role, you will…

Support Pre-Contract and Operations with project costs and pricing objectives

Utilize experience, data analysis, and metrics to develop mechanical installation estimates.

Utilize tools and data analysis to create bid comparisons.

Build and develop vendor relations and strategies.

Select appropriate vendors for bidding on various needs in concert with internal teams.

Develop RFQ documentation for vendors and suppliers.

Develop budgetary cost models.

Assist in the submission of bid projects.

Build tools necessary for efficient estimating.

Present budgetary cost models to internal operations teams and leaders.

Maintain organized and accurate documentation throughout the project.

Partner with Applications Engineering and Purchasing to meet the specific needs and scope of each job bid.

You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (Material Handling Industry preferred) and a college degree (Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.

You are familiar with conveyor installation and have experience with estimating mechanical installation costs.

You have experience or are ready to learn Sage Intacct ERP and ProCore Project Management Software.

Open to candidates with mechanical installation experience who are interested in gaining estimation knowledge.
