The Learning Management System Administrator position will support the Learning and Development team and help us to achieve this goal by administering our Learning Management System (LMS) and helping to facilitate the creation and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning experiences that enable individuals, teams, customers, and the organization to continually learn and develop.
Core Competencies – Minimal Requirements
Learning Management System (LMS) administrative expertise – must have Cornerstone CSX (CSOD) admininstrative experience
Course creation - expertise in creating eLearning courses (SCORM files) – Articulate 360 and Vyond
Digital native – tech savvy experience with creating and editing multimedia digital files (MP3, MP4, GIFs, video files).
Adult learning or corporate L&D background – familiar with instructional design best practices for adult learners
Culture Index pattern preferences: Technical Expert, Scholar, Specialist, Craftsman
Primary Responsibilities
Serves as the lead administrator and technical expert of our Cornerstone LMS.
LMS support includes: user maintenance, content addition/removal, building curriculum, scheduling learning events.
Serves as LMS eLearning content librarian. Creates awareness of courses and promotes opportunities for learning.
Oversees reports/dashboards within the LMS to track enrollments, completions, outcomes, ROI of training.
Assists training and coaching of employees and managers on utilization of the LMS
Works with subject matter experts to create eLearning courses (SCORM files) and learning validations (quizzes)

Education/Experience
3-5 years of prior, in-depth LMS experience is required (Cornerstone).
Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite: PremierePro, PhotoShop, Illustrator
Skilled with course creation software: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
Corporate L&D experience preferred over primary/secondary education backgrounds
