Director of Marketing

We are seeking a talented and energetic Director of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for an exciting and rapidly expanding fine dining restaurant company in the Dallas, TX. area. This fast-growing, upscale restaurant group seeks a hands-on, marketing director to lead the marketing efforts for the group including a new fine-dining Asian-based steakhouse that will open in August 2024.

COMPENSATION: $125,000-$150,000 base salary, +20% Bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, PTO and much more

Director of Marketing Responsibilities/Qualifications

Craft and communicate the restaurant's brand narrative, leading the development and execution of the annual marketing plan,

Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, articulating essential initiatives, objectives, and performance metrics.

Conceptualize, plan, and execute a calendar of events that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with media, influencers, and community stakeholders.

Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or an equivalent of education and experience is preferred.

Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior marketing role within the fine dining restaurant industry, with a successful track record of opening and building new restaurant concepts.
