Manassas Health and Rehab Center has an opportunity for a dynamic Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse) to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:

Provide leadership to the nursing team within the center by committing to, meeting and exceeding clinical expectations.

Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit, select, assign, orient, in-service, supervise, evaluate, retain, terminate)

Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals

Be an active member of the leadership team and work collaboratively to provide quality care to our residents

Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of resident care

Qualifications for Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse):

Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions

CPR Certification

Five years experience in a nursing leadership role

Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
