Responsibilities
Managing attorney time entries, correspondence, and other documents.
Handling client correspondence preparation and delivery through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Maintaining client and referral contacts in Outlook and internal databases.
Drafting legal documents
Managing electronic and paper filing of client documents.
Coordinating meetings and communications with clients, including the electronic transmission of billing statements, and maintaining attorney calendars.
Preparing binders for clients and electronically transmitting documents.
Witnessing or notarizing client documents and signings.
Providing reception coverage as necessary.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary
