Construction Assistant Project Manager

This firm is headquartered in DC and has just recently expanded into FL. For over 40 years they have been the premier provider of concrete renovation and restoration projects. We are a growing Concrete Company looking to bring on a Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepares potential project estimates using hard-bid, design-build, and conceptual estimating.

Reads and understands contract documents (plans, specifications & addenda).

Performs quantity take-offs, and organizes and prices information.

Solicits bids and quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

Communicate with subs and suppliers to clarify pricing information
