Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Summit, SD for a 3 Yr Old Preschool Teacher at Sprouts Community Daycare. The 3 Yr Old Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising activities for children ages 2-4, collaborating with other staff, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher or a related role

Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods

Effective communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with children, parents, and coworkers

Ability to create and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for children

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
