Planning / Scheduling Professional

Location: Conshohocken, PA ( must be within a commutable distance)

Position type: Long-term Contract

Schedule: 8AM-4:30 PM

Qualifications:

10+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management, ( EPC ), and validation EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry

Experience Working within the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse

BIM 4D knowledge preferred

Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written and verbally.

Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus

Experienced in Excel and Access

Knowledge of Cost Tracking/Forecasting a plus

Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

Responsibilities:

A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practice

Creates, updates and analyzes CPM schedules and recommends workarounds and schedule improvement ideas

Experience Working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse. Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus

Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions

Communicates schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reports

Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule

Collaboratively work with PM and CMs using the schedule as a tool to help deliver the project on schedule.

Coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates

Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work
