Senior Salesforce Developer (No Corp to Corp)

Role Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6-month c2h

Pay rate: $70 per hour.

Preferred Location: 2-3 days/week on-site in Raleigh, NC 27615

Role Description:

A client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Technical Lead to join their innovative Salesforce team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating solutions on Salesforce.com. This person will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements. You will also assist with mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

Experience analyzing Salesforce release features for potential impact on production functionality.

Proficiency with SOAP and REST APIs.

Plusses:

SAP and Salesforce integration experience.

Salesforce Application Architect certification.

Copado Certifications.
