Government Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Government Contracts experience, and their Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert support in various contracting areas such as government contracts, teaming agreements, and subcontract management.

Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Advise management on contractual matters and lead negotiation strategies.

Review complex solicitations and draft specialized responses for proposals and bids.

Act as a key liaison between legal, finance, and business teams to resolve contract issues.

Establish contract policies and oversee subordinate employees.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate contract status meetings.

Requirements:

5-7 years Government Contracts experience

Bachelors Degree

Experience in Government, Military Procurement, Purchasing or Contracts

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

This position is hybrid 4 days in office 1 day remote in Fairfax VA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
