Paralegal - Tampa, FL - Up to 65,000 - Personal Injury Experience Preferred

Our client, a boutique Law Firm located in Tampa, FL is actively looking for a Paralegal to join their growing practice!

Job Duties:

Workers compensation, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury background preferred

Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates, doctors appointments, etc.

Provide overall support to attorneys.

Conduct research to support legal proceedings.

Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.

Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.

Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Record/store client information.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with legal research

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
