Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cloud architect with proficiency in Azure cloud services, extensive knowledge in networking, data lake development, AI/ML integration, and AR/VR mixed reality development. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and architect scalable and reliable solutions. This role will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members. Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Planning:

Develop comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints for scalable SaaS solutions on Azure cloud platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Define cloud infrastructure requirements, including networking, storage, compute, security, and monitoring.

Azure Cloud Expertise:

Utilize deep expertise in Azure cloud services to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.

Implement best practices for Azure resource management, cost optimization, and performance tuning.

Stay updated with the latest Azure services and features, incorporating them into solution designs when applicable.

Networking:

Design and implement secure and reliable networking solutions on Azure, including virtual networks, subnets, VPNs, and firewall configurations.

Optimize network performance and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.

Data Lake Development:

Architect and build robust data lake solutions on Azure using services like Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Implement data ingestion pipelines, data transformations, and data governance policies.

Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy standards are met.

Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into the SaaS platform, leveraging Azure Machine Learning services and related technologies.

Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for data analysis, predictive analytics, personalization features, generative AI solutions and natural language processing.

AR/VR Mixed Reality Deployment:

Lead the deployment and integration of augmented AR/VR and mixed reality features into the SaaS platform.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to integrate immersive and interactive AR/VR experiences.

Optimize performance and user experience for AR/VR applications on Azure cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Strong expertise in networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.

In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Grid, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage.

Experience in Azure Infra, Apps infrastructure as code (IaC), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with data lake development, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.

Experience with Azure Governance and Best Practices (Role Based Access Control, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls, etc.).

Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools, with experience deploying models in production environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure AI Engineer, or related certifications are highly desirable.

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure OpenAI Service.

Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.

Familiarity with AR/VR development frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and mixed reality platforms.

Previous experience in the SaaS industry or developing enterprise-level software solutions.
