Seeking Highly Motivated Associate Attorney (California Bar) for Sacramento Area

Thriving Plaintiff's Law Firm seeks a motivated associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This role offers a blend of transactional and litigation work. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses excellent communication skills (written & oral), and demonstrates a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents and analyze contracts for clients.

Handle limited litigation matters (may include court appearances).

Maintain strong client communication through various channels.

Participate in occasional evening events.

Maintain a commitment to billable hours (specific number withheld).

Qualifications:

California Bar License required.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.

2+ years of practice experience in litigation or transactional law.

Location:

Sacramento area is highly preferred, Bay Area candidates will be considered.
