Lashify is seeking a dynamic Store Manager with experience launching new retail locations or managing flagship stores to lead our retail team and pave the path to success for our newly launched flagship store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets while upholding Lashify's brand standards. You will play an integral role in shaping the chic, exclusive atmosphere of our store and creating an unmatched customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Process Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to build and implement processes that enhance store operations. Create thorough documentation and playbooks to use as a reference for other possible store openings in the future.

Sales and Performance Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.

Customer Service Excellence: Set a high standard for customer service and ensure that all team members are trained to provide personalized service and expert product recommendations to customers. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Inventory and Merchandising: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and oversee merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility and appeal. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for customers and employees.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence. Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team.

Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive store traffic, increase brand awareness, and promote new products or services. Implement effective marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage store expenses, budgets, and profitability targets. Review financial reports, sales projections, and inventory costs to make informed decisions and optimize store performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

Experience managing newly launched stores or a flagship store is a strong plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of Lashify products, beauty products, and retail operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
