Rubber Formulation Engineer

We are looking for a MATERIALS ENGINEER! This could be YOU!

Key Responsibilities include:

Sourcing new ingredients, developing compounding strategies and experiments for various recipes

Mixing, sheeting, and molding batches for material development and customer samples

Developing novel formulations and mixing techniques

Testing your formulations to rapidly guide your material development efforts

Translating vague and general customer requirements into engineering specifications

Minimum Qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Rubber Technology or a relevant field of study

Advanced degree preferred

Experience with polymer compounding and development

An eye toward morphology and mechanical properties
