Located just outside of Findlay Market, Pho Lang Thang is a scratch kitchen restaurant serving up classic Vietnamese dishes in a lively atmosphere.

WORKING EXPECTATIONS:

We expect all of our team members to act in a professional and respectful manner that represents the restaurant and staff well. This includes demonstrating teamwork in all areas of the restaurant and working with a positive attitude in all situations. We can achieve this by communicating clearly with managers and team members. All team members are to follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times. This position will require you to lift up to 50 pounds.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assumes responsibility for quality of products and portioning of products served.

Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and proper plate presentation

Preps, stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

Follow inventory controls, company rules, restaurant cleanliness and safety standards are being met to ensure the safety of our guests.

Keep a good work environment with a positive attitude and help fellow team members as needed

Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
