To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Treasury Back Office Analyst within the Treasury team! This position will be located in Mumbai.

The Global Finance organization is aimed at allocating resources in a way that maximizes Shareholder value

Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.

Their mission?

To support the Shared Service Centre India, we are recruiting a Back Office analyst. Back-office missions cover the entire perimeter of instruments and underlying currently or historically used by the Group on Financial Markets such as FX, Commodities (mainly cereals), Energy, Interest Rates.

Reporting hierarchically to the India Treasury Manager and operationally to group Back-office manager, the position aims at ensuring the accuracy of all new entry in the Front to Back system and managing the technical and administrative tasks related to the dealing of the financial derivatives for the group.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

Portfolio Reconciliation:

In charge of the daily reconciliation of financial derivatives transactions captured in the Front to Back system.

Check and verify deals done by front office team on daily basis for OTC and listed products, reconciliation and sending confirmations thereof.

Validate and report positions/portfolios across all categories, Consistency checks, including back-to-back positions on regular basis

Perform reconciliations with internal and external counterparties. Reconciliation includes trade characteristics, market coherence (for internal transactions), and portfolio allocation.

Trade Confirmation and transaction settlement:

Production and communication of internal transactions confirmation, and validation of external ones.

Production and communication of internal transactions settlement (invoicing) and validation of external ones.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare daily reporting to Management regarding Financial Market activities.

Prepare reporting to local stakeholders (ex: RF Raw material purchasing team).

Prepare daily regulatory reporting provided to external bodies (ex: EMIR…).

Work with statutory auditors for interim and end of the year audit process.

Work with the team on projects to update internal systems and processes.

Perform daily valuation (MTM) of each alive financial derivative

What we will love about you:

Communication and presentation skills

Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills

And also …

Graduate/Post-graduate in any domain with minimum 5 years’ experience in back office working.

MNC/Shared service experience preferred.

Knowledge of VBA and financial market tool, Bloomberg

Working knowledge of French can be an advantage

Bloomberg/VBA/SAP expérience

Advance Excel
