Job Description:

The CPE team (Cloud & Platform Engineering) provides platform services to product teams. We support software development teams with CICD solutions for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring software in different Lakeshore environments. We are looking for someone who has experience creating gitops workflows for teams to enable them to be self-sustaining while providing guardrails to keep within organizational boundaries.

Skills We Are Looking For:

Leadership experience: A proven track record of effectively leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results towards shared goals. This includes setting clear expectations, providing mentorship, and empowering team members to excel.

CICD: Experience in software delivery through pipeline automation using cloud-hosted and cloud-platform solutions.

Cloud: Experience in managing and maintaining AWS cloud environments.

Containerized Platforms: Building, automating and deploying containerized applications using container orchestration services focused on serverless aws offerings.

IAC/CasC: Provisioning infrastructure and services using Infrastructure As Code (IAC) and Configuration As Code (CasC) principals. We are looking for something very strong in Terraform to help our team build reusable modules we can power behind GitHub Actions to enable product teams to self-support their own products.

Logging & Monitoring: Monitoring of business-critical applications using Security information and event management (SEIM) and logging platforms.

GIT: Good understanding of Git branching and merging strategies geared toward providing platform solutions enabled by gitops workflows
